There are so many people who are searching for a church that makes them feel like they are wanted and appreciated. Unfortunately you do not always find that in every church that you attend. There seems to be a “pretty picture” painted in all invitations, but when you go there you don’t “get the picture”, so to speak.

I am not very gifted when it comes to painting you a picture. So I stand on the truth of the matter that Back To Bethel Baptist Church is a church that sees the need of the person over the wants of the selected few. God’s alphabet has no big I’s and little U’s. To spell it out in God’s terms, Everyone is welcome and everyone is special – no matter who you are or what you have ever done.

We are a church that refuses to categorize people. We understand that we are all sinners and that some make the most awesome decision of their life when they ask Jesus to become their savior.

We are a church that will not throw people away. We also believe that anyone can be restored, renewed and revived by the power and love of God. We call ourselves the Church of Second Chances, but my favorite is “God’s Recycling Center”.
